Maar met name de vriendelijke, eerlijke communicatie is echt een sterk punt. Simone doet wat zij beloofd en waar mogelijk probeert zij vragen zo snel en adequaat mogelijk te beantwoorden/regelen. We almost despaired of buying our house a number of years ago due to this real estate agent. They rarely called back as agreed and offers were not passed on to the seller, so we ultimately had to contact them ourselves. Mrs. Goes called us saying that the sellers would not go below a certain amount. However, this was the amount we had offered three days prior. In essence, the sellers were therefore agreeing to our offer. Mrs. Goes, however, acted as if we had never made that offer. She also told the sellers when signing the deed that we would most likely not be able to secure the mortgage with our lender because they would have a backlog. This was untrue; the mortgage was secured within a week and this kind of statement caused unnecessary stress for the sellers and was extremely unprofessional towards both parties. I could name another 10 ridiculous examples, but one thing we know for sure: if we ever want to buy a house again, it will never be a house offered by this real estate agency, no matter how beautiful that house is.

On a listing day on Funda for a property, it turned out that a waiting list already existed. Funda apparently intends to put interested parties under pressure to bid above the asking price. Annoying practice. Hopefully, there will be leaner times for this type of realtor. You have already responded (see below). If you were so interested, I really do wonder why then on Funda. Perhaps intended as free advertising. But the effect is a negative review.
