Ik ben zeer ontevreden over hun samenwerking en diensten. Ondanks hun hoge prijs in vergelijking met concurrenten, hebben ze weinig ervaring met eerlijkheid en transparantie. Ze hebben een contract met me getekend waarin niets stond over hun taken en verantwoordelijkheden. Tijdens mijn zoektocht naar een huis moest ik zelf op zoek gaan en het grappigste was dat ik ze links moest sturen en vervolgens meer dan een week moest wachten, om ze dan weer via WhatsApp te benaderen in de hoop op een reactie. Uiteindelijk vond ik zelf een huis, ging er alleen heen, maakte wat foto's en stuurde die op. Pas daarna kreeg ik feedback van mijn makelaar, die eigenlijk een huis voor me had moeten vinden. Kortom, ze hebben niet alleen geweigerd hun commissie te verlagen omdat ze geen huis voor me hadden gevonden, maar ondanks mijn verzoek probeerden ze mijn eisen zo lang mogelijk te negeren. Ze reageren vrijwel nooit op e-mails en doen alleen telefonisch beloftes. Omdat ik parallel een huurcontract had, aarzelde ik om tussendoor een huis te kopen. Ze verzekerden me telefonisch dat "dit het laatste was waar ik me zorgen over hoefde te maken en dat de oplossing heel eenvoudig zou zijn". Maar zodra ik het koopcontract had getekend, verdwenen ze van de radar en vertelden ze me dat ze zich niet met de verhuurder konden bemoeien en dat ik dit probleem zelf moest oplossen. Om nog maar te zwijgen van het feit dat ze niet eens de moeite namen om een ​​gewenste datum voor de koopakte vast te stellen. En dit alles ondanks mijn verschillende e-mails en verzoeken een paar maanden van tevoren. Dankzij hun negatieve advies en samenwerking kreeg ik dus meer problemen om op te lossen: 1. Hen compenseren voor de problemen die ze me hebben bezorgd. 2. Twee maanden hypotheek en huur betalen, omdat de datum van de koopakte bijna direct na mijn aankoopbeslissing viel, zonder rekening te houden met mijn huursituatie. 3. Onprettige discussies met hen voeren om hen ervan te overtuigen dat ze geen recht hadden op volledige compensatie. 4. Bovendien stuurden ze me een e-mail waarin ze dreigden met alle persoonlijke informatie die ze van me wisten om me te dwingen hen het volledige bedrag te betalen. My house sold through this real estate agent. Super enthusiastic, correct, professional and commercial. It was a very pleasant experience. I received a quick response to questions and they thought along with me and even gave advice for my new home, which was of no benefit to the real estate agent. I would definitely recommend this real estate agent and I would certainly do business with them in the future.

Bad realtor. Not genuine and frankly false advice.

Despite putting my house up for sale. I chose Makelaarskantoor Brabant BV because the real estate agent was very knowledgeable but also knew a lot about the technical condition of the house. The real estate agent was also very enthusiastic to start the sales process and he thought along well about what still needed to be done for a good selling price. Also during the renovation, I asked them for advice several times. Often the real estate agent made time to come by for advice that same day. This worked very pleasantly. The viewings were carried out by his colleague but he had a good excuse to delegate this, as he had suffered a heart attack and was on the operating table for a double bypass. His colleague supervised the viewings well and I also received sufficient feedback from him. In the first round there was no buyer, but in the 2nd round there was. Ultimately we were able to sell the house for a beautiful price. Very satisfied with the entire process and the real estate agent’s health is also fine.
