In 2020 startte Han Mastebroek met MASTEBROEK MAKELAARDIJ, vanuit haar woning in Emmeloord. Het bedrijf groeide snel en kreeg in 2023 een extra impuls met de komst van Jolanda Mastebroek. In maart 2024 werd het team verder uitgebreid met Eline Schoemaker. Sinds 1 mei 2023 is het kantoor gevestigd aan de Koningin Julianastraat 9 in Emmeloord, in een historisch pand met directe parkeermogelijkheden. De ruimte biedt een unieke sfeer, maar de voorkeur ligt bij het ontmoeten op locaties van klanten. Of dat thuis, op kantoor of bij een bedrijf is, maakt niet uit. Nice realtor, unfortunately due to a wrong assessment of the property, location and target group, little interest was shown. And in the higher segment there would have been more visits than you were at the bottom end. The realtor didn't find my price realistic and I went along with it because he should be the expert. After an initial shock offer where you would have had a stroke so quickly bad. Adjusted the strategy more towards how I wanted it and still got somewhat more. I am personally of the opinion of men…

Contact with Han Mastenbroek went very well. He takes the initiative to sell the house as best as possible. However, he misjudged the selling price.

Han was the real estate agent for the selling party of the house that I bought last year. The viewing was very pleasant and Han had thoroughly researched the house, which was clearly noticeable. I was the lucky one who was granted the house and Han also guided the process to the actual transfer well. Clear and smooth communication via email or whatsapp. Han is truly a very nice, friendly and approachable man. If I ever decide to sell my house, I would definitely choose Han as my real estate agent. Thanks Han!

We bought a house that Han had for sale, which generated a lot of interest. During the viewing day, we were the last ones; Han took plenty of time to show us the house even though it was almost dinnertime. I've experienced something different with other real estate agents before, where you were just a number. Han takes the time for you, even when handling the paperwork. If you are looking for a home or want to sell your property, consider Mastenbroek makelaardij instead of the large office brokers.
