Niet geheel een transparant en eerlijke makelaar. Als potentiële koper, word je niet eerlijk behandeld. Inschrijving met een tijdsslot en als hoogste bieder via move gaat het toch nog oneerlijk. Als er een later bod komt dan het tijdslot, word je aan de kant geschoven allemaal onder de noemer ( zolang er geen handtekening staat is niets geldig) of de verkopende partij wijkt toch af van de afspraak. Maar ze wachten rustig een week met het papier werk in de hoop dat er een hoger bod komt. Dit gebeurd regelmatig en vooral bij Koen. Later nog een woning een bod op gedaan en toen zelfs na het invullen van gegevens word je aan de kant geschoven. Hun provisie gaat boven betrouwbaarheid. Advies neem een aankoop makelaar mee, of koop de woning via een andere makelaar. CMK maakt misbruik van je onwetendheid. Afspraak is geen afspraak bij hun. Alles voor een hoger bod.

A very unpleasant experience buying a house with this real estate agent. Please think twice before doing business with these people. After pointing out the hidden defects, they no longer get in touch, do not want to have a discussion to resolve this as humans.. No humanity is shown at all. Alders' damages now amount to over €10,000 but CMK is too lazy to help, really scandalous.

I advise everyone not to go into business with Cmk real estate agents. We were dealing with a new build property and couldn't make it financially work. The broker in question thought it was a good idea to tell that at the football club. Without us having any chance to inform certain people personally. Thanks for that, our privacy has been severely violated by Cmk real estate agents.

No pleasant experience, initially called by CMK with the question of whether a viewing could be scheduled later because the selling party is going on vacation and therefore the viewings will be distributed. 'But then aren't the chances not equal?' According to CMK that won't be the case and they will still consult about it. Upon arrival for the viewing (on the postponed date) we were told that the house had already been sold! They could have taken the trouble to call and not waste our time. The message was still that we would get a chance anyway… if you just offer more, more, more? No idea, but it was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with CMK!

Absoluut oneerlijk!! We hebben het huis bezichtigd, een bod uitgebracht, alles was bijna klaar, we moesten alleen nog wachten op een reactie van de bank over de hypotheek. Toen belde de makelaar ons op en zei dat hij het aan iemand anders zou verkopen. Hij legde niet uit waarom, terwijl we bijna alle papieren in orde hadden. Echt incompetent.
