An appointment for a viewing (which had already been made the previous week with a client who lives 110 km away) cancelled at the last moment for vague reasons!!! And that while the client is already on their way by car!!! SHAMEFUL!!!

This broker unfortunately never has time, after calling 6 times and many apologies, I was never able to reach the broker. During the viewing, he was unavailable, but one of the telephone operators was present. During the final inspection, he was also unavailable, and another employee was not available either. In short, when purchasing my property, I never reached or spoke to the broker, no matter how hard I tried. Always the excuse, 'he will call you back,' 'I'll put it on internal mail now, so it can’t go wrong,' and so on. Luckily, the selling party was very friendly, and I was able to ask them my questions there. This purchase would have been better without a broker, less frustration, just as much work, and also cheaper.

Ik had een appartement aangevraagd, inclusief alle benodigde informatie (salarisgegevens, enz.). Daarna kreeg ik urenlang geen reactie. Ik werd afgescheept met telefoontjes. Ik kreeg te horen dat ik moest wachten. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik te horen dat de verhuurder eerst alle documenten zou doornemen en dan zou beslissen wie het appartement mocht bezichtigen. Onzin!
