Negative experience, poor communication. I was the buyer with the winning bid. Building inspector recommended a foundation survey. The seller still declines the sale and the real estate agent indicates that he will not pass on the advice for a foundation survey to new buyers, regardless of his reporting obligation. Does not honor agreements and shows no empathy.
