Considering that an average house sells itself quickly, there is hardly any interest and it's relatively easy to earn money. As soon as a sale doesn't go so well on its own, you're at the mercy of fate. After this negative experience with a real estate office, I decided to engage an internet real estate agent in order to be purely listed on Funda, and then I would facilitate the viewings myself. Within a period of 3 weeks there have been multiple viewings, with also a successful sale as a result. I advise future home sellers to also consider such an option (internet real estate agent). It saves a lot of commission and in my case, all the viewers even indicated that the experience was much more positive compared to viewings via professional real estate agents.
