Wat een fijne makelaar hadden wij. Heel kundig en ontzettend aardig. Ze houden je constant op de hoogte. Geen vraag is teveel of te gek. Fijn in de omgang. Heel kundig.

Vakkundig advies, enthousiast en komt zijn afspraken na. Snel in zijn reactie, pro-actief en realistisch met een goede kijk op de markt en de marktontwikkelingen.

Na twee keer een woning te hebben aangekocht via Mareille, kozen we er nu voor de woning te verkopen via haar. Door de scheiding had ze twee contactpersonen die ergens iets van vonden. Maar ze stond ons allebei altijd met vragen goed te woord, en keek samen met ons naar wat doet de markt en hoe gaan we met een situatie om. Ik zou iedereen Tanis& Akershoek, en in het bijzonder Mareille aanbevelen!

Het contact met de makelaar verliep heel prettig, professioneel en ze snapte dat het geen standaard huis is, maar een boerderij met 3 hectare grond, paarden en heel veel emotie. Het hele proces inclusief bezichtiging en afhandeling verliep heel prettig.
