Helaas is Makelaar Lamberink niet meer de professionele partij die ik vijf jaar geleden kende. Tijdens mijn hypotheekaanvraag werden er telkens opnieuw documenten opgevraagd, wat het proces onnodig traag en frustrerend maakte. Van een hypotheekadviseur mag je verwachten dat hij vooraf duidelijk aangeeft welke stukken nodig zijn en dat alles zorgvuldig wordt gecontroleerd. In mijn geval kwam de geldverstrekker pas na vele weken met ontbrekende informatie — iets wat de adviseur had moeten voorkomen. Ondanks herhaalde verzoeken om telefonisch contact werd er nauwelijks initiatief getoond. Na ruim zeven weken zonder echte vooruitgang ben ik overgestapt naar een andere adviseur. Op basis van mijn ervaring kan ik Lamberink niet aanraden voor hypotheekadvies.”
