Olivier gaat voor 10! en dat maakt hij ook waar. (al geef ik gewoonlijk als shrink niet hoger dan een 9, omdat streven naar zoveel perfectie alleen mijn eigen zakken vult :-)). Olivier heeft een heel goed gevoel voor de markt en kan zeer nauwkeurig inschatten voor hoeveel een object waarschijnlijk verkocht wordt, hij zit er niet vaak (in mijn ervaring nooit) naast. Daarnaast is hij een heel prettig persoon in de omgang en erg goed in staat emoties te kanaliseren en zakelijkheid te laten prevaleren (het is en blijft een grote aankoop). ook zijn kantoorgenoot Sanne is een aanwinst en maakt het hele ingewikkelde proces lichter en makkelijker.
