The contact went well, though. They responded to messages on the app. But that was it. The transfer date was not discussed in consultation. The real estate agent decided this themselves and was notably on vacation on the day of transfer. So we had to do the final inspection ourselves. The provided guidance was also not very good. The conversation at their office was quick and superficial, as if they didn't have time and needed to move quickly through it. Just put up the for-sale sign yourself and here you go…

Had a viewing, made an offer, the agent said the offer was on the low side, so then no response back as agreed. Had to call them again ourselves. Awful!!! People who don't keep appointments are people you shouldn't do business with!
