Very bad and amateurish real estate agency. After the purchase, it turned out that there was an illegal situation, because the permits were not in order (they were not present as indicated in the questionnaire). The real estate agent did not check this and later admitted themselves to not being aware of the applicable permits and environmental regulations. A real estate agent has a duty of care and should provide accurate information and have basic knowledge of laws and regulations. That is clearly not the case here. Our advice: be extremely cautious with this real estate agency and check everything yourself thoroughly. Based on our experience, we would not recommend them to anyone.
