H4O has requested an energy label for me. I forgot something in the application. Correcting that was too much effort, resending the email was also too much effort. Poor aftercare.

I have also informed you of this in my email responses; I do not have access to correct or resend things. It was probably not clear enough in my explanation despite my references to the helpdesk.
