In de afgelopen 25 jaar al verschillende malen met plezier en succes met Bert gewerkt. Afgelopen zomer heeft hij mijn huis in Blaricum verkocht. Snel en professioneel. Adviezen zijn deskundig, afspraken worden nagekomen, goed bereikbaar. Nuchtere, betrouwbare makelaar. Zou hem morgen weer inschakelen.

I will not recommend this realtor. He didn't put my house on funda, no photos were taken, and when I sold my house myself and said I wanted to pay him the fee of 750 euros, he threatened a lawsuit but suggested that he would still like to draw up an agreement. Paid 10k for that. Not honest and indeed looking for financial gain. Don't do it!

Sad excuse for a realtor. Doesn't go the extra mile for his clients and tries to make a financial gain everywhere. The moment you decide to use another realtor, an additional hefty bill of €750 comes your way. While all other realtors work on a 'No Cure No Pay' basis. There are plenty of good alternatives in the region to choose from!
