We had our house for sale during a somewhat more difficult period of the year and at the same time with several houses in the same price range. In January, the office from Laren excellently helped us with the sale of our house. The introduction went smoothly and professionally. We found and find it pleasant that the price determination was done carefully. No mountains of gold were promised to get the house sold for a quick sale. After the valuation was carried out, we developed a strategy in consultation to sell the house for a good price without having it on the market for long. The advantages and disadvantages were discussed and adjusted at the right moments. All in all, a very pleasant and personal approach that allowed us to act quickly.
