Unfortunately, this concerns a broker who seeks the edges and is not shy about a bit of playing/cheating. In our case, this was absolutely not in the interest of the selling party. In our opinion 1 where you should be cautious. Fortunately, we were assisted by another realtor in Leek, which means we are very satisfied with the final purchase.

Since this morning, the business premises have been for sale via NieNoord Makelaars, I called directly and made an appointment. The owner would personally guide the viewing; I called the owner and made an appointment that we could come directly. Viewed the property, asked if the price was fixed with the answer that the price was non-negotiable. We said that we were really interested and even discussed the delivery date etc. (there is still a tenant). Agreed that I would provide the answer today whether we would buy or not. Within 3 hours, I received a Whatsapp!! message stating that the property had been sold to someone else..... Anything but decent, I thought.

I am disappointed with the service of this real estate agent. Sometimes does not respond to phone calls, does not actively follow up with interested parties. Nevertheless, we withdrew the assignment from them to sell our house. I still have to pay € 150 for that. That will probably be in the contract but it fits the picture that has emerged. (they also didn't need to send the invoice). For a service involving thousands of Euros, I expect more.
