Nummer en gegevens achtergelaten bij binnenkomst vanwege eventuele biedingen na de tijd. Na enkele dagen werden we gebeld door de flexibele makelaar. Of wij ook interesse hadden in de woning. En dat hadden wij zeker! Alleen vanwege de nodige verbouwingen die aan de woning gedaan zouden moeten worden. Wouden wij een bod uitbrengen van 25.000 onder de vraagprijs. De makelaar zei toen ook dat de kans klein is dat we de woning zullen krijgen met een gunning vanwege het lage bod. En helaas is de woning toen der tijd ook niks geworden en hebben we niks meer gehoord. Tijd later kreeg ik een belletje van de huidige eigenaaresse van de woning en was toch wel benieuwd of wij een bod hadden gedaan op de woning en hoeveel dit bedrag was. Deze mevrouw had ons telefoon nummer nog van de ingevulde gegevens bij binnenkomst. Dus het hele verhaal gemeld met ons bod erbij. Helaas bleek dus dat de desbetreffende makelaar dit bod niet had door gegeven aan hun en dat als hun het hadden geweten dat wij de woning wel toegezegd zouden hebben gekregen. Al met al een hele nare ervaring. En zal als kopende partij ook uitkijken met deze firma.

Wij weten niet met welk familielid u gesproken heeft, maar onze vaste contactpersoon – die het gehele verkoopproces met ons heeft doorgenomen – is volledig op de hoogte gesteld van alle biedingen, waaronder ook die van u. Daarnaast willen wij opmerken dat wij niet weten welk bod van u afkomstig zou zijn. Omdat er bij deze verkoop een officieel biedlogboek is opgesteld waarin alle biedingen automatisch worden geregistreerd – terwijl dit destijds niet eens verplicht was, maar wij dit uit transparantie voor de verkopers wél hebben gedaan – kan de informatie die u schetst feitelijk niet kloppen.
