Wij kregen rond februari 2024 het idee om vanuit Purmerend naar Zuid-Holland te verhuizen en in de buurt van het strand en dicht bij Leiden te gaan wonen. Omdat wij de markt niet kenden, leek het ons een goed idee om een aankoopmakelaar in de arm te nemen. We spraken meerdere (aankoop)makelaars en hadden met Brigitte van Wilbrink & vd Vlugt in Lisse meteen een klik. Brigitte doet haar werk met zo veel passie! Het was heel prettig om met haar op zoek te gaan naar 'dat ene huis'. Want de huizenmarkt sloot niet echt aan bij ons wensenlijstje, of andersom. Samen bezochten we huizen, leerde Brigitte ons en onze wensen steeds beter kennen. We hebben Brigittes adviezen altijd als oprecht en eerlijk ervaren. Al kwam Brigitte er vrij snel achter dat de meeste wensen eisen waren. Dit maakte de zoektocht spannender, aangezien ons droomhuis niet in het huizenaanbod voorkwam en we ons huis in Purmerend al hadden verkocht. Samen met Brigitte hebben we ons zoekgebied iets uitgebreid en het dorp waar Brigitte al tijdens ons eerste contact over zei dat wij 'daar prima zouden passen' omdat 'het alles heeft voor een jong gezin', is ook de woonplaats waar wij uiteindelijk ons droomhuis gevonden hebben! Dat had ze goed aangevoeld, al wilden wij er in eerste instantie niets van weten. Dankzij de vragen van Brigitte, die ons dwongen weloverwogen achter onze keuzes te staan, lieten we de droom die we dachten te hebben, los en zijn gegaan voor wat echt bij ons past. We hebben inmiddels enkele maanden de sleutel en voelen ons helemaal thuis! Met veel plezier wonen we in en klussen we gestaag aan onze karakteristieke, vrijstaande woning met grote tuin. Drie gelukkige kinderen, een blije hond; ons geluk kan niet op! Wij zijn Brigitte enorm dankbaar voor haar enthousiasme, volhardendheid, vertrouwen, professionaliteit en persoonlijke betrokkenheid. Jammer dat je niet hebt aangegeven wat er mis is gegaan. We zijn op een nette manier met alle bezichtigers omgegaan zoals de NVM dat voorschrijft. Zo hebben wij jullie dan ook 2x rondgeleid in de woning en jullie een kans gegeven. Als je dan niet de koper wordt is dat teleurstellend. Tevens had je aangegeven niet met de woning verder te willen omdat de tuin te donker was.

Wij hebben een woning bezichtigd met verkoopmakelaar Roy Schoone, Kandidaat Makelaar o.z. Wat een geweldige verkoopmakelaar. Oprecht, eerlijk over de woning, rechtlijnig in het advies. Ook keurig een brochure ontvangen en in deze overspannen tijd twee keer de woning mogen bezichtigen. Het kantoor was ook altijd goed bereikbaar. Goed hoor.

Tijdens onze lange uitgebreide zoektocht naar een nieuwe woning kwamen wij een prachtig pand tegen in de portefeuille van Frits Wilbrink. Dat pand is het uiteindelijk niet geworden, omdat onze voorkeur uitging naar een andere locatie, maar nadat wij bij zowel de 1e als de 2e bezichtiging een buitengewoon goed gevoel hadden bij Frits, was het voor ons al snel duidelijk. Hij was de juiste persoon om in te schakelen als aankoopmakelaar. De manier waarop hij het huis in zijn verkoop aan ons presenteerde, waren wij nog niet eerder tegengekomen bij eerdere makelaars (en dat zijn er veel geweest!). Iedere verkoper zou willen dat zijn/haar huis op die manier werd aangeboden. Door een makelaar die alle details weet over het huis met rijke geschiedenis, zo kundig en professioneel is en alle tijd voor je neemt (notabene werd de 1e bezichtiging door omstandigheden eerst uitgebreid gedaan met 1 van ons en achtereenvolgens volledig opnieuw en net zo uitgebreid met de ander zonder enige moeite of vorm van bezwaar). Nadat wij uiteindelijk het huis gevonden hadden waar wij echt voor wilden gaan, heeft Frits zijn kwaliteiten opnieuw laten zien en volledig bevestigd waarom wij voor hem hebben gekozen. De aankoop heeft heel wat voeten in de aarde gehad, maar Frits heeft laten zien dat hij en de mensen die hij zeer selectief om zich heen heeft verzameld met zijn jarenlange ervaring, echt van een andere orde zijn. Ongekend professioneel, adequaat en zeer prettig in omgang. Beste Frits, wij zijn ontzettend blij dat jij op ons pad bent gekomen en willen je nogmaals bedanken voor je buitengewone inzet, kundigheid en niet te vergeten je humor en zeer aangename persoonlijkheid welke tezamen het verschil maken tussen goed en uitmuntend.
