Hans en Robert hebben mij geholpen bij het kopen van een huis en dat is echt verbazingwekkend soepel gegaan. Binnen 3 weken heb ik 6 huizen in Utrecht bezichtigd en een huis gekocht! Het is dus toch mogelijk in deze gekke huizenmarkt. Het plannen van de bezichtigingen ging heel vlot. Ik heb goede adviezen gekregen met betrekking tot het bieden op huizen, ze hebben me gewezen op alle gebreken van de huizen en waren ook eerlijk als ze dachten dat ze een betere optie voor me konden vinden. Ik ben ze heel erg dankbaar dat het zo snel is gelukt!

You have lived in a property for 8 years and you pass away. 15 months (!!!) after your death, Gevaarte comes with a threatening letter about an outstanding balance of less than 7 euros. Pay quickly, or it will cost you 500 euros. How does the handing over of a rented property work? They will first try to have you completely renovate the property ready for the next occupant, even if there were other agreements in the original documents. A time slot for a handover appointment is only a suggestion, they let you wait an hour or more easily. You will then hear 'Sorry, missed the cut-off.'
