Luckily I'm not looking for a house but what would it matter to me if I saw the sign....too late...on the sale board in the garden of a sold house. It's not funny, it's unpleasant. I find it an incredibly negative text. Put on it: sorry, sold but we are happy to help you find a house

As a tenant, you experience poor response times. Knowledge of your own contract is not fully present. Not a good start when they took over homes from ACM (now NMG). Currently waiting for 4 months already regarding the conditions concerning glass insurance. Defective shed door has been left to be repaired since the beginning of the rental period due to the defect of the previous tenant. Receiving an invoice on April 29th (repair in January) asking us to pay € 80.00. And then hiding behind the previous property manager...telling us that we have to contact them. Stonevest = a gang of thieves who neatly hold out their hand for rent each month, but don't want to provide service.
