I would much rather have experienced you indicating what I did wrong during the purchasing process or afterwards. Again: a very negative publication years later I cannot explain. Unfortunately, I bought a house through this man. Waiting. Still waiting for a key ring, meanwhile the locks have been changed. Tip: be very alert because this man is not honest about hidden defects.

Dear N athan. I have hesitated for a long time to respond but everyone advises me to respond to negative reviews. Hence, that is what I am doing now. Let me note that I cannot ascertain who you are from your name. I find that unfortunate. Then your comment that you are still waiting for a set of keychains. I think you mean that you are waiting for keys? I cannot help but doubt the fact that you did not receive any keys. After all: everyone receives them during the transfer at the notary's office. And if there were, possibly, an extra set with me, with the real estate agent? In theory, of course, that could be possible. But wouldn’t it have been much more logical to call me? Well, that didn't happen. I find that unfortunate. Then the comment about hidden defects. That is a topic that can often lead to discussion. I try to briefly explain how things are: what I know as the selling real estate agent, I tell, always. What I don’t know, I cannot tell. The word 'hidden' actually says it itself: 'it is not visible'. And for that reason, there is always standard wording in a deed stating that the buyer purchases 'with all visible and invisible defects'. It is often confused with the general public with 'concealed' defects. That is a completely different story. If the seller or their real estate agent does not mention matters that are known, there is often a right of recourse. I think I have given a suitable response with this and hope that you ultimately live with much pleasure in your house that you purchased through us.

Terrible realtor. We had an appointment for a viewing. Nice house, it fit us perfectly. Unfortunately, there was a weather alert, code red due to the storm. We had to travel over an hour there, from Flevoland, and another hour back through the storm. DO NOT TAKE THE ROAD (rijkswaterstaat). Called a number of hours before the viewing for consultation with the realtor. Unfortunately, this realtor did not offer an alternative.

Dear Mrs. Kroese, good afternoon. Recently I have been responding to certain reviews. Especially when they negatively affect my score. That is the case here. Let me start by saying that I understand you are following a red weather-alert code. Possibly very sensible! The point however is that there is a reason not to offer an alternative. There were, in consultation with the seller, 2 viewing days planned. Those days were fully scheduled: 51 appointments. Many of the 51 candidates called to confirm whether they could come; a total of 48 people came. Among them were quite a few good proposals. Also some proposals with a certain validity period. Therefore, it was decided not to allow people from the reserve list to attend and also not to offer the opportunity to schedule an extra viewing moment. Again: annoying for you but certainly no malicious intent involved.

As the selling party, I would scratch my head twice if I were to do business with this realtor. As someone interested in a property, we have already been turned away multiple times. It seems that this realtor wants to easily get out of it, because there are certainly others who want to buy.

Partly for this reason, I am very curious as to when I rejected you, with regard to which houses....In fact, I openly doubt whether things went as you suggest. Our office is known as an office that also gives people outside the town itself a chance to buy. It may be that you reported at the moment we were already in advanced negotiations. In order not to play parties against each other, it may be that I did not schedule an appointment with you for that reason. And sellers need not worry at all about my working method: as I mentioned, people outside Nijverdal/Hellendoorn, 'people from the West', also get a fair chance!
