According to the person on the line, an email had been sent, but I never received anything. The conversation ended with the statement that I should check my spam folder. Poor communication, no customer loyalty.

Fine and good quiet realtor.

House bought which proceeded through this real estate agency. During the inspection of our house, it was very clearly stated that we wanted certain things to be arranged. They would take care of it, they said. It would be fine. After a week, an email was sent, and another email. There is simply NO response. Because well, the house has been sold, right? And we were naturally not the ones who would pay the real estate brokerage, so yes.. our problem now. I don't think this is a proper handling of things. An agreement is an agreement. If you treat your buyers like that... I prefer to choose someone else in the future. Also for selling my house.

We sold our house through a1d.nl in 2014. Very friendly employees who go the extra mile for their customers. I am convinced that thanks to Martijn's strategy, our house was sold right in the middle of the economic crisis.
