Finesse Real Estate and in particular Marleen de Bekker apparently has difficulty complying with the NVM code of conduct. The way things are acted upon does not benefit real estate agents. Everything is focused on collecting brokerage fees twice. Regarding the response from Marleen de Bekker, I would like to respond as follows. Apparently she did not understand the essence of my review. The NVM code of conduct is about acting with integrity and transparency by a real estate agent. The way of working of Marleen de Bekker does not qualify as honest and transparent. As a result, I have suffered financial damage.

I do not recognize myself in the situation described by you, the '2x sweeping up brokerage' has never happened to me, nor have I ever placed myself in such a situation. In compliance with the code of conduct of the NVM, I can assure you that there is now a written requirement, and furthermore, a buyer has 3 days of statutory cooling-off period.
