HA Makelaars

Alexandria Luijks zou mijn appartement verkopen en mij begeleiden bij de aankoop van een nieuwe woning. Tijdens het traject is zij echter ook als aankoopmakelaar opgetreden voor een familielid, dat vervolgens mijn woning heeft gekocht. Daarna had ik de indruk dat de begeleiding bij het zoeken naar een nieuwe woning stilviel, terwijl hiervoor wel afspraken waren gemaakt en kosten in rekening zijn gebracht. Ik ben zwaar releurgesteld over hoe dit proces is verlopen en over de ondersteuning die ik heb ervaren. Ik zou niemand aanraden om nog met haar samen te werken.

Het woord makelaar niet waardig. Tussen bezichtingen worden geen pauzes gepland. Of je maar op straat wil wachten. En de teksten zoals voor ***29 Tilburg "goed onderhouden huis" klopt niet zoals je al op de foto's kan zien. En "HR-beglazing" is niet aanwezig. En de check van energie label A klopt al helemaal niet. Boven enkel glas en geen zonnepanelen. Kortom valse voorwendselen.

Henk Honders was our real estate agent when we sold our house in 2024-2025. A very pleasant collaboration with his wife Saskia as well, who handles more of the back office. Unfortunately, you don't sell a house so often but otherwise I would be a regular customer :-)

Recently had dealings with the 'service provision' of HA real estate agents. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied! The house that was purchased through them has many defects that were not mentioned. In addition, my house was sold through them (I received advice not to mention the negative things that ''have/have not been'' resolved, as this is discouraging, was their response). I then stated that I value honesty and would not follow this advice, however we are now left with a new house with defects and unmentioned issues (was this on their advice?). During the sale of my house, I also encountered many things. There is only one way and that is their way, furthermore they are not transparent; if you ask for insight into viewings/bids, etc., you get the answer: trust me. I am not satisfied with them and have a bad feeling about it! Next time I will definitely think twice before using their services.
