Very good service and always reachable, even viewings were scheduled in the evening and on weekends. Much initiative to attract potential buyers. All praise for the real estate agent.

As the purchasing party, we had several unpleasant experiences with PRO DEO. They kept their schedule very sloppy and mixed up data. They were always late for an appointment and took no responsibility for it. Furthermore, they were extremely passive during the viewing and knew nothing to tell about the house. We naturally did not choose this party ourselves, but I would also advise a seller not to choose PREO DEO. Our purchasing broker has never seen such an unprofessional company (this is a literal quote...).

This broker seems “free” but the costs are fully passed on to the buying party. As a buyer, I would expect better service, considering I am paying this broker. Making appointments was complicated and there was missing information in the purchase agreement. Furthermore, important information was sent directly to me as the buyer and my purchasing agent was not included in the communication. Overall, I constantly felt like I had to double-check everything and the process was anything but smooth.

Annemarie van Gessel is a very involved and skilled real estate agent. She is assertive, well-informed, and transparent. She had done good preparatory work regarding other sold houses and houses for sale in the area around my house to be sold. Her estimation of the asking price exactly matched what I had in mind and she could also substantiate her recommendations. She is open to feedback and our collaboration took place in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Z...

Started on Facebook by asking a price for our house. Later, Prodeo contacted us and that worked out enormously well. The engaged photographer placed particularly good photos on Funda and led to a number of viewings which were supervised by Prodeo (Sander Bouman). Our house is now sold and for a reasonable price. Not the top price but a price that lies within reason for us and new residents. Compliments for backoffice and formatting documents and for the flexibility of Prodeo re: viewings. We are moving from 1-8 and have also found a good real estate agent for this purchase.

The broker did not provide an honest response after the bid and has been inventing different stories for over 3 months as to why the property went from sold to not sold to back on the market. After emailing that I would be notified if the financing of the then 'highest bidder' fell through, I never heard this from them. I had to call them myself. Now the property is available again for viewings and the asking price is 'not high enough'. Eventually received a response after calling several phone numbers, which again differed from previous messages. The bid was completed via an online auction. At closing, I had the highest bid (the only bid, incidentally), but now I am told that there were multiple bidders. So, it was certainly not a transparent platform. A waste of time and especially all the money already spent in the purchase process.

A pleasant and involved realtor from start to finish. Easy access, all documentation was digital and therefore easy to keep track of and overview. There were a number of setbacks in the sale, but they immediately helped by coming up with a new plan.

Initially some doubt about hiring a real estate agent from Oss to sell our house in Almere. But because we had bought a house in Oss, we thought, why not! Our contact person was extremely helpful and creative in drafting and implementing everything. The photos were perfect and the viewing days went well, a potential buyer was quickly found. It took slightly longer than expected for this buyer to secure his financing, but ultimately everything worked out fine. Pro deo real estate agents Never heard of them, but after a phone call and a pleasant conversation with one of the employees, an appointment was made. While enjoying a cup of coffee, we presented our wishes, and my contact person responded to that. The ball is rolling, and this goes quickly; you will receive a list from and for the photographer to keep in mind so that things don't have to be moved at the last moment. Also, when there are questions, they listen to the customer and provide good explanations of the how and why. Recommendation: Very worthwhile, nice help from the employees, and we have already drawn several future sellers’ attention to this name

Via an advertisement on Facebook, I saw 'free broker' come up. That sounded interesting, I thought... because a broker costs several thousand euros anyway. Then I filled out an online form and the next morning I already had broker Sander on the phone. We made an appointment so that he could view my house and tell the story about Pro Deo real estate agent. In terms of asking price, we were immediately on the same page. Also in terms of sales strategy, namely letting everyone know through all possible channels that my house would be for sale. I had the choice whether Sander would take care of the viewings or if I would do it myself. I chose to do it myself. I received some useful tips for this and could always ask questions. This office is very accessible and adequate in their approach. In summary, January 19th the photographer was in my house and February 10th my house was sold for a good price! I am very happy with my choice for Pro Deo real estate agents, they are accurate and easily accessible, always friendly in their contact and completely free for the selling party! I find the bidding system to be a nice system. It is transparent; everyone who wants to bid must register with the broker. Then each bidder can see which offer has been made. As a bidder, you can then choose whether or not to bid again to exceed that price, or whether you think it's enough. In contrast to making an offer in the traditional way...you don't know what others have offered and whether you are far above it, or perhaps just below. In short, I recommend it. After the bidding was completed, the broker contacted me to discuss his advice. The broker then drafted the preliminary purchase agreement and neatly finalized everything around the sale. The buying party had to pay bidding costs and they can finance this in their mortgage... as far as I'm concerned a great deal!
