Een hoge score, maar met overtuiging. Het was een verkooptraject waarin meer dan een keer op de valreep door de koper werd afgehaakt. Niet door het pand en zeker niet door de makelaar. Pech, maar daarom veel waardering voor de consistente houding en aanpak door de makelaar. Met onze inbreng en ideeën om de verkoop te bevorderen werd steeds constructief, maar ook inhoudelijk kritisch meegedacht. Zorgvuldig, communicatief prettig en altijd 'op tijd' en qua vorm passend bij het mom…
Geweldige makelaar die je erg goed begeleidt ik het verkoopproces en altijd klaar staat voor je. Absoluut aan te bevelen.
boven verwachting heeft de makelaar ons bijgestaan bij de verkoop van onze woning, uniek in deze transactie is de snelheid van schakelen geweest. Woning was in eerste instantie verkocht maar doordat deze koper de financiering niet gerealiseerd heeft gekregen is deze verkoop geannuleerd. Vervolgens heeft de makelaar de personen benaderd die interesse hadden getoond en is de woning alsnog snel verkocht en zijn wij in afzienbare tijd 2 maal goed begeleid door het verkoopproces. …
Maikel zet 2 stapjes extra, is eerlijk en communiceert top met verkoper en (potentiële) kopers! We hebben een bijzonder aankoop traject gehad waar Maikel zich echt heeft bewezen en onze verkoop was zorgeloos! 100% aan te raden.
We zijn zeer tevreden over Maikel, korte lijntjes, gemakkelijk berijkbaar, niets is teveel en zeer aimabel! Maikel bedankt voor de prettige samenwerking!

The realtor was very approachable. Due to his year-long experience, it almost went automatically. I myself had absolutely no experience in this market.
