The photographer came within a week, the text for the folder/funda was quickly shared and, after our approval (with a minor change), went directly on sale. We had preferred that any potential buyers could view the property a second time before the closing date expired. This also happened, as did moving the closing date at our request. Communication is good via app/email and telephone. Our house was sold within 2 weeks!
