I have finalized my offer with this real estate agent for an apartment in Rijswijk 'Bazuinlaan 7'. After I had given a number of points to modify the contract, they cancelled it and said that the seller did not want to sell their apartment for personal reasons. In my opinion, this real estate agent is shady and unreliable, because the point that needed to be changed in the contract concerned a bank guarantee of 10 percent. Be careful and do not trust this real estate agent; read the entire contract.
