Everything is settled, no doubt about that, but in my opinion it's an expensive, cold and impersonal matter when you compare it to the approach of other advisors. We regularly had to contact them ourselves because the 'system' hadn't given an update, so we were waiting for something like the bank's approval, while it was already there. Furthermore, we received notifications that we had to do something in the system, which wasn't the case. In such a stressful period, you prefer your advisor to contact you, and not the other way around. Where the buyers of our old home were accompanied by the advisor at the notary (with a cake and flowers), you hear nothing from Jack Frenken. No congratulations, no aftercare, nothing. This was already the case in 2017, and now again. I find that a pity, because you have paid thousands of euros after all. Now it is important that everything is settled, and it is, but for the money you pay here, it would be nice to get a slightly more personal approach. Although that is of course a personal opinion.

After my first contact with Danny Weyers, everything was arranged including delivery within 3 weeks, 3 weeks!!!!!! While it is an object with (positive) specifics, everything was explained to me neatly and clearly. Finally, a realtor with high work ethic and passion for the profession. Very pleasant collaboration and who knows, maybe again in the future.

Recently, we rented a building through this real estate agent. Later, we had to discover ourselves that there are hidden defects in the building. For example, we have the central meter cupboard for the entire neighborhood! We have to provide everyone with electricity and other utilities and hope that we ever see our money from the neighbors! This while it was never communicated to us through the contract. The real estate agent simply hangs up. It is not his problem!

In one word: worthless. Today we had a viewing for a house that was practically sold already! Both my husband and my father wasted vacation time on this. Not to mention the gasoline costs of 2 cars. The photos gave a totally wrong impression; I wouldn't be surprised if they were photoshopped. It's too sad for words that this realtor can't take a phone call and tell the situation honestly. This smells like fraud, it is misleading and too embarrassing to put into words. They should be ashamed.

Very bad experience with this real estate agent, had bid on a house after 3 days we had an agreement. The realtor called to say that the seller had accepted the offer. They were going to prepare the sales contract and that would probably happen one week later. The next day the realtor called me saying someone else had offered more and the seller wanted to accept this offer, I could still bid, but kindly declined. That's the extent of the ethics of this brokerage firm, first telling you your bid is accepted and then negotiating with another party behind your back. But it is allowed according to the NVM, until the sales contract is signed you as a buyer are fair game even if your offer was 'supposedly' accepted.

Congratulations! Open house announced on Saturday, September 28th from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, interested people on the doorstep who can't go inside because no one is present. Office reachable by phone until 1:00 PM, so everyone dropped off at the closed door. Professionalism absolutely NOT a priority.
