Wij zijn onwijs goed geholpen bij de verkoop van ons huis! Korte lijntjes en geen vraag was te veel. Zowel de twee makelaars, Christian en Ingrid, als de dames op kantoor waren heel erg kundig en vriendelijk.

Deze makelaar speelt vieze spelletjes. Hij heeft ons opgelicht voor 5000 euro, door te zeggen dat er nog een partij in de running was voor een huis, wat achteraf niet zo bleek te zijn. Vertrouw niks van wat deze man zegt.

Deze was in overweging genomen en vervolgens werden wij gebeld: er is nog een bieder, je krijgt de tijd tot vandaag 15:00 (dus letterlijk 2 uurtjes de tijd) om je bod te verhogen. Dit is manipulatie. Wij hebben hem met €1000,- verhoogd (wat niet weinig geld is, maar zij doen alsof het niks is) Vervolgens heb ik ze gezegd dat mijn bieding staat tot het einde van de maand. Vervolgens zijn ze terug gekomen met dat het geaccepteerd is. op 5 maart werd ik nog eens gebeld: afgelopen vrijdag hadden wij een bezichtiging met een hogere bieding: precies hetzelfde als de vorige keer. Mijn bieding is €613.000,- (Weena 253) Wel twee adviespuntjes: - als je goed leest zie je dat het VVE geld tekort komt (ze hebben vorig jaar 3000 per appartement tekort gehad, en als je 3000/12=250 kom je uit dat de VVE dus met 250 euro verhoogd zal worden alleen om de kosten van 2025 te dekken. 2026 zal dus ook verhoogd moeten worden. Dit zal dus een eenmalige 3000 zijn plus ook maandelijks zal de VVE omhoog gaan. - de erfpacht zul je ook over 10 jaar moeten betalen welk volgens de makelaar 'een paar duizend euro, 6-7-8-9 zou zijn. Als ik makelaar was had ik precies gekeken hoeveel het was en was ik niet zo roekeloos omgegaan met het geld van een ander. Ook nog een puntje: Eerst heb ik hun 30 dagen gegeven om nog even door te bezichtigen, om te realiseren vervolgens zijn ze terug gekomen, en zeg ik dat de sterren nu niet goed staan en je tot 20 maart geen contracten moet ondertekenen. Wij willen de koopovereenkomst aangepast ondertekenen op 23-03-2026 en passeren op 07-04-2026. Beloftes wegen zwaarder dan 2000 euro verhogen. Dus hierbij geven wij jullie de tijd om jullie belofte waar te maken.

Relatief duur voor wat je ervoor terugkrijgt. Had meer inzet en belangenbehartiging voor de verkoper verwacht; het voelde soms alsof hij meer aankoopmakelaar dan verkoopmakelaar was.
