Totally unreliable in my opinion. This man casually charges 695 for purchase guidance for 3 hours of work. The service provided me with absolutely no added value. House sold through Peltenburg Real Estate Agency, unfortunately to our complete dissatisfaction. The asking price of the house was on the low side, too low a side. The same month, 2 other houses in the street were sold for over 17000 euros more. Mr. Peltenburg gave us the impression that there was little interest in our house, however he communicated to our neighbors that he had a lot of viewings and could therefore easily sell their house too. Everywhere you have to chase after things yourself. A friendly request was made whether the buyers could not contact us, unfortunately it did happen due to unclear communication from the real estate agent. The buyers informed us that their mortgage was approved, which seems like a task for the real estate agent. In addition, we asked if it could be signed separately from the buyers, ultimately we ourselves requested DocuSign and arranged the signing with the notary. All in all, a very bad and unprofessional real estate agent who communicates poorly and late. Luckily, the sale is now almost over, but never again Peltenburg for me.

Thanks to Richard, I was able to buy an apartment as a starter, for which I am incredibly grateful! He does his utmost to meet the viewer's wishes regarding the day/time to make an appointment for a viewing. During the viewing, he walks through the house with the viewer and tells them a lot. Richard is honest about any defects in the house. I personally found this very pleasant. After I had made my offer, Richard remained very involved. He responded quickly to emails or phone calls and regularly inquired about the status of things. Conclusion: Richard Peltenburg is a top real estate agent!
