He schedules most appointments on weekends and even on Sundays. The structural knowledge of Mr. Wijbenga was also very helpful because the house we bought needed a considerable update inside. After just one visit, Mr. Wijbenga was already able to outline what renovations would definitely be necessary, what potentially and what not. This helped greatly when making an offer and in further negotiations. We are extremely satisfied with the entire purchase guidance! Mr. Wijbenga also assisted us further when the mortgage advisor we selected was too slow with the execution of the appraisal.
