Prima, fijn contact, snel schakelen, concrete acties en snel verkocht. Wat ons betreft zeker aanbevelingswaardig.
We hebben onlangs ons huis in Utrecht verkocht met de hulp van Mohamed van MOIB, en we hadden ons echt geen betere ervaring kunnen wensen. Vanaf het begin viel zijn kennis van de lokale markt op. Hij gaf helder en eerlijk advies over de prijs en timing, en begeleidde ons door het hele proces op een manier die altijd eenvoudig en overzichtelijk aanvoelde. Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte, was dat we tijdens de verkoop al naar het buitenland waren verhuisd, waardoor alles op afstand geregeld moest worden. Mohamed maakte dat volkomen vlekkeloos. Hij zorgde voor alles ter plaatse, coördineerde bezichtigingen en alle betrokken partijen, en hield ons proactief op de hoogte, zodat we nooit achter informatie aan hoefden te gaan. De communicatie verliep altijd soepel, snel en geruststellend. We hadden altijd het gevoel dat alles goed verliep, zelfs op afstand. Mohamed heeft echt meer gedaan dan je van een makelaar zou verwachten. Professioneel, betrouwbaar en oprecht toegewijd om het beste resultaat voor ons te behalen. We zouden hem en MOIB zonder enige twijfel aanbevelen.

Met de keuze voor MOIB makelaars en taxateurs ben ik zeer blij. Van het eerste telefonische - zeer informatieve en energieke - contact, met de eerste intake in huis tot de begeleiding en het up to date houden tijdens de verkoop. Transparant, snel en duidelijk. Mohamed is een vakkundige makelaar die je een goede en realistische kijk geeft op de markt en voorbereid adviseert. Werkende met een videograaf en fotograaf hebben tot een mooie en realistische presentatie van de woning geleid, een waardevolle toevoeging.
Wij hebben een hele fijne ervaring gehad met MOIB. Het contact was vanaf het begin persoonlijk en prettig, en we werden gedurende het hele proces goed op de hoogte gehouden. De communicatie is duidelijk en snel, wat veel rust en vertrouwen geeft. Wat er voor ons echt uitsprong was de presentatie van de woning. De foto’s en video wisten het gevoel van het huis goed over te brengen. Dat zie je ook terug in hoe ze het totaalplaatje neerzetten en de verkoop aanpakken. Al met al een makelaar die betrokken is, goed meedenkt en duidelijk weet wat hij doet. Zeker een aanrader.
Alles via de app, he beschrijving van het appartement zeer zeer matig, gewoon totaal geen interesse van de makelaar. Hij heeft gedacht, Ik verkoop het appartement toch wel.

Mohamed is gewoon de beste. Kordaat, slim en integer.
Contact en de begeleiding gedurende het traject waren goed en professioneel. De communicatie verliep snel en prettig, vooral via WhatsApp, wat we als zeer fijn hebben ervaren. Wel was de verkoopprijs in eerste instantie hoog ingeschat, waardoor het verkooptraject wat langer heeft geduurd. Uiteindelijk over het algemeen zeer tevreden!
Dennis staat altijd voor je klaar. Niets is te veel gevraagd. Dingen die hij eigenlijk niet hoeft te doen pakt hij toch nog even mee. Dennis je bent top.

Tijdens de bezichtigingen en het verdere proces zijn we heel transparant en persoonlijk op de hoogte gehouden en uiteindelijk heeft dit alles geleid tot een succesvolle verkoop. MOIB Makelaars is de partner die naast je staat en vanuit hun marktkennis en kennis van de stad Utrecht advies geven. Wij zouden MOIB absoluut aanraden!

Ik ben goed begeleid en geholpen. Verkoop heeft ietswat langer geduurd, maar uiteindelijk is het toch goedgekomen. Wat ik ook heel fijn vond, is dat ik als verkoper constant op de hoogte werd gehouden inzake de ontwikkelingen wat de bezichtigingen en biedingen betroft.
Dennis heeft een prima resultaat behaald tot ieders tevredenheid. Het cijfer voor lokale marktkennis is een inschatting, want hoe groot Dennis zijn kennis op dat gebied is weet ik niet. Het contact met de makelaar verliep via de Whats App. Het formulier van overname van spullen zou wat duidelijker kunnen. De makelaar deed het bij mij overkomen alsof het precies invullen van dat formulier niet zo belangrijk was, maar dat het meer als 'onderhandelingsmateriaal' gebruikt gaat word…

Bij het eerste (vrijblijvende) gesprek al kwam Dennis erg prettig en professioneel over. Hij nam ook alle tijd voor het gesprek. Dennis was duidelijk over wát wij precies van hem konden en mochten verwachten. Hij gaf bruikbare adviezen om de ruimte van het huis nog beter tot zijn recht te laten komen. Mozaiek Real Estate is a great real estate office and Dennis is a very knowledgeable realtor and pleasant to communicate with. We were able to sell our home for a good price together. The administrative processing went smoothly and we are very satisfied with the end result.
Mosaic is a church with friendly people and great music. The atmosphere is quite relaxed. It's a church where I really felt at home for several years. On the other hand, this church also has weaknesses, because where there are people, mistakes are made. Initially, Mosaic appears to be a church that creates an environment where everyone is fully welcome. The slogan is ‘you’re welcome as you are’ and the addition to that is ‘wherever you come from today and whatever your story is’. They seem to suggest that you are completely accepted. As you become more involved, you realize that a large part (of the leadership) actually has more conservative views than they let on at first. Especially in the area of cohabitation and homosexuality. Both are tolerated in Mosaic but not seen as equal to a (heterosexual) relationship form with marriage. Personally, I have clearly noticed the implicit condemnation from this perspective on the Bible and their ultimate policy on it. Their vision shows that the only legitimate relationship to be together is in a marriage, between exclusively a man and a woman. As a homosexual person, you are not blessed there and thus they say that as a homosexual person you cannot enter into a relationship, at least, they do not want to endorse and support this view of life. This creates an unsafe place. In the media (e.g., in talk show Beau and ND), they like to emphasize the positive side of the church but when critical questions are asked, they shy away. I have also noticed this in the conversations I had with leaders. A major disadvantage of such a large church is that the approach to such big themes becomes impersonal and handled via the secretary (even when I sent a personal letter to Kees and Nelinda, but I received a fairly standard answer from the secretary). I was involved for a time myself and noticed that the people I was directly involved with were open to having a conversation but they were not willing to see another perspective than their own as equal. It is a nice church to visit but if you want to become more deeply involved, it’s good to critically look whether this church really suits you.

Very fruitful church because it attracts many young people, fringe churchgoers, and (re)new believers who find their faith in Jesus there for the first time or again. Attended a beautiful concert by Wibi Soerjadi. Good acoustics and good catering. After the event, you could have your photo taken with Wibi.
Open and enthusiastic community. We feel welcome. Although it is quite large, which makes it a bit anonymous.
