Waren zojuist op de radio dat ze een huis verkochten in Utrecht, voorwaarden volledig niet volgens de wet. Ineens was het huis van de markt gehaald.

Hele bijzondere bepalingen in het koopcontract. Niet doen!

De rotte appel in de makelaardij, vrije jongens die nergens bij zijn aangesloten, deinzen niet terug voor verkooptechnieken die grenzen aan oplichting. Let héél goed op als je met deze 'makelaar' in zee gaat, liever mijd je deze helemaal.

Steven is een ontzettend behulpzame man, hij neemt altijd de telefoon op en doet er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat de klanten tevreden zijn!

Ik heb het genoegen gehad om met Steven samen te werken bij het vinden van mijn nieuwe huis, en ik ben enorm onder de indruk van zijn service. The selling price was initially set a little too high but after a reduction, it was sold quickly and to my satisfaction (in a period when the market was uncertain). Vizier real estate (Jamal) was the realtor for the selling party. I was the buying party myself. During the sales process, communication was quick. Unfortunately, the buyer initially chose another party, despite Vizier real estate's advice to me as the buyer. A few weeks later, the buyer dropped out and I was approached as a buyer again. I then decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway. The purchase proceeded quickly and smoothly; appointments were made quickly for appraisals, building inspections, etc. But even after the purchase, the realtor remained easily accessible for questions and such. He also gave good tips on what I needed to arrange for the transfer of ownership, knowing that it was my first purchase. In short, overall a good experience.

After repeated email and phone communication, being spoken to in an even ‘boorish’ manner. Repeated requests for callbacks or requested answers by email are dismissed with a flippant remark like 'just keep checking the website' or 'that person was probably on vacation'. Things must be going very well I think with sales/rentals in the industry but this realtor is far from an acceptable level.

Very good service. A lot of personal attention, focus and goal-orientation for their clients. Enormous experience in particular with houses and real estate market in Utrecht (rental and purchase). In a certain sense not commercial because good advice and good service apparently are more important than a good price for them. Small company which means the phone is sometimes not answered. Sometimes (only) called back in the evening but the commitment is never less. Well acquainted with all regulations, administrative matters and they also draw attention to all possible pitfalls, cornercases etc. Very satisfied overall.

In een zeer krappe woningmarkt met een hoge vraag en een beperkt aanbod is het extra lastig om zonder aankoopmakelaar een huis te bemachtigen. Very unprofessional. Waiting for over a month and a half for a house that was listed as immediately available on the website but isn't. They asked us when we wanted to move in and agreed that the house would be delivered by September 1st. Many appointments in between were not kept and postponed. Now we’ve been told it won’t be until September 14th. Then, over the phone, the gentleman raises his voice and we are told: I am not going to have this discussion with you. Really not recommended!

Very dissatisfied. We had placed a rental request. After placing it, we heard once about a property that did not meet our rental wishes. Then we were promised that we would hear something more, but we heard nothing more. After some time, we called ourselves and were told that they had forgotten us. At that point, we had one viewing (also above budget). We were supposed to receive a call in the days following, even if nothing was available, but that never came. Meanwhile, 2 months have passed and we still haven't heard ... We know that the housing market is now tight, but the fact that we are forgotten twice cannot be.
