Had a great experience with Tjerk! Easy to reach by phone, very quick availability for a building inspection, within 2 days we were already able to go to the property with Tjerk. Also nice that we could walk along during the inspection to see directly where they are looking and where there is still work to be done.

Completely and extremely satisfied with the speed, expertise and price. We approached Tjerk for a structural inspection and valuation of a residential property from the 1930s (approximately 90 m2). He was very quick and easy to reach for this; even outside regular working hours and days. After contacting on Friday, we met already on Monday morning. During this meeting he took us through the house in more than 1.5 hours, explaining what he observed regarding general guidelines and standards and based on that his advice as well as his experience-based vision. Based on this we were able to quickly make a well-considered decision. The delivery of the reports was on Tuesday morning. The price was market-conforming, where he was flexible about whether or not to include the structural inspection in a report (as extra work).

Tjerk was recommended to us by our purchasing agent. We had the structural survey and valuation done at the same time. In doing so, we were extensively given the opportunity to ask all sorts of questions. He also gave us tips on maintenance, sustainability and future plans, among other things. You notice that he has a lot of knowledge in his field. That gives a lot of confidence. In addition, communication with Tjerk was very pleasant. He is easily accessible, responds quickly and provides clear answers. The valuation report and the structural survey report looked great and were delivered quickly. We are very happy that we had the inspection and valuation done by Tjerk and recommend everyone do the same!

I am extremely satisfied and happy with the advice from Tjerk. From the first moment and in between, sincere and clear communication. I first had a building survey and based on this, I could choose whether or not I also wanted an appraisal. I did this because the inspection was positive. I felt absolutely no obligation to do so, and Tjerk took plenty of time to explain things. In short, someone who knows his trade. I really have nothing to criticize about the way things went, and I advise everyone who is having a survey or appraisal done to do it through him. Thank you Tjerk!

First of all, we were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Pleasant contact and the inspection was carried out thoroughly, also paying attention to other things that Tjerk came across along the way. Fast and accurate reporting on the same day. Last year we bought a house in Veenendaal. Tjerk fantastically guided us through this process, with the structural survey, communication between us and the selling agent, the purchase process, and the completion at the notary's office. Tjerk is friendly, clear in his communication, flexible when making appointments, always reachable by phone, and quick to provide desired supporting documents. Thanks to his support, we were relieved of worries and could focus on all other matters that go hand in hand with buying a house. Even after the purchase, he helped us further, and we were able to use a large covered trailer for free, which ultimately made the move problem-free. Highly recommended!
