We are very pleased with the service provided by Ginkel Bemmelen. 7 years ago we viewed 4 homes with 3 different real estate agents. After 2 viewings by Ginkel Bemmelen, we already decided then: If we ever sell our house, we want to do it through them. No smooth sales talk with them. They take the time, are honest about the house and when they don't have an answer immediately, they look it up for you. Half a year ago, we invited them for a non-binding valuation of our property.
