Tot nu toe gaat alles super. Makkelijk contact en komen afspraken na. Ben tot nu toe zeer tevreden. Altijd even afwachten hoe het nu verder verloopt maar tot nu toe 5 sterren. Top

Good real estate agent with whom I have been doing business for a long time. Never had any problems.
Recradroom has helped us with the sale of our vacation home.
Unprofessional party. Tried to sell a house. Do not provide updates in between. When a buyer finally appears, it suddenly falls through. You don't get a response to emails. We are going to look for another party to sell our beautiful home.
In the purchase phase, everything goes well, contact is easy and questions are handled properly. But as soon as the purchase is made, everything goes wrong: calls are not answered, calling back is a concept they don't know (just like answering emails) and providing information is completely out of the question. Such a shame! It seems that Recradroom thinks their customers are clairvoyant. Basically a good company, but one or more employees really need to take a customer contact course.
I myself have had very bad experiences with this real estate agent. I would not recommend him to anyone. He never answers his phone and doesn't keep his promises. Three months later, nothing has been achieved yet, unfortunately! Furthermore, he tries to sell the house for € 20,000 above the asking price and does not work with a commission.
Ik heb twee vakantiehuizen bezocht, één in Utrecht en de andere in Harderwijk. Dit bedrijf is niet transparant in de communicatie en ze vertelden me dat zodra je een vakantiehuis koopt, het jouw chalet is en je er 365 dagen per jaar kunt wonen. Wettelijk gezien, en ook volgens de regels van de camping, is het niet toegestaan om permanent in een vakantiehuis te wonen. Toen heb ik de receptie van de camping gebeld en kwam erachter dat wat Recradroom Makelaars had gezegd niet klopt. Blijf uit de buurt van dit bedrijf.
Ridiculous party that unfortunately doesn't keep their agreements. Almost always unreachable, not calling back where they promise to do so. I should have known better when I saw how extremely unprofessional and messy the website was put together, but unfortunately still went into business with this party which I deeply regret. Therefore, I would strongly advise everyone not to sell their holiday home through this party, there are really countless agencies in the Netherlands that are more suitable for this and treat their customers much more professionally.
My wife and I would definitely give this company 5 stars since they did everything they promised. We are happy with our new vacation home.

After some time searching, I got in touch with Recradroom. A very reputable company that is going to help me sell my chalet for free.
What a fantastic company, very friendly, they think with you and understand difficult situations. They empathize with you and that is sometimes so important!
