We hadden Rene Leenders al eens ontmoet bij een bezichtiging van een woning. Daarbij was onze indruk van Rene erg goed zodat toen wij ons huis te koop ging zetten hij dit voor ons mocht verzorgen. Rene is een kundige makelaar, maar vooral een erg fijn persoon. Het contact verliep erg plezierig en de verkoop verliep voorspoedig. Kortom zou ik Rene van harte aanbevelen!

We naturally know that the assignments with the brokers just blow in. But I don't think it's a reason to act arrogantly and not answer questions that are asked. Mr. Leenders is one of those people. I asked two questions. When there was no response, I asked why. He literally wrote that he had no reason to respond to my question. When I asked him to at least answer my second question, about potentially present asbestos, there was again no reaction. I think it's time that his clients and future clients feel free to know this.

Leenders Real Estate makes 100% good on what they write on the website under the heading 'process'. Mr. Leenders was always accessible for consultation and he could think along with us wonderfully well. What struck me most was the consistently open, calm, and respectful way he treated my elderly father who was selling the house. The house was sold very quickly for a very nice price. Personal, friendly, involved, respectful and also super goal-oriented. The best combination there is. I look back on a very pleasant period and can recommend this real estate agent to everyone.
