Het hele traject van intake tot verkoop is duidelijk, transparant en op een vriendelijke, prettige manier verlopen. Zowel Marcel als Fleur reageren altijd even vriendelijk en vlot op vragen. De korte lijntjes vind ik fijn. De levering van mijn woning moet nog plaatsvinden maar ik heb er alle vertrouwen in dat ik hierover net zo tevreden zal zijn.
