Ik heb een heel fijne ervaring gehad met Woonstee Makelaars, en in het bijzonder met Brandon. Waar twee eerdere taxateurs onze woning – die midden in een verbouwing zit – niet konden taxeren en het rapport door het NWWI werd afgekeurd, is het Woonstee gelukkig wel gelukt. Het zijn echte toppers die hun vak verstaan.

Ik heb een prima begeleiding ontvangen. Woonstee is goed bereikbaar ze reageren snel op de verschillende situaties en vraagstukken die ik had. Al met een aanrader!

Diverse ervaringen waaronder een lage taxatie (bij verkoop woning), waar als reactie kwam dat dit mark conform was (bij een tweede taxatie kwamen we aanmerkelijk hoger uit). De uiteindelijke verkoop was nog aanzienlijk hoger. Bij aankoop bedrijfspand werd er na klacht over verkoper niet duidelijk een stellingname gedaan over het twistpunt.

Snelle reactie. Zeer snelle rapportage en uitstekende klantenservice met zeer goede adviezen.

regarding the purchase of a property, have a structural survey carried out. This revealed the necessary defects and overdue maintenance. The cost for repairs amounted to 55,000,- and we therefore cancelled the purchase. If you ever need a survey, certainly think of Hittjo de Wal, IWI inspector, competent and very suitable.

The building report we received made an exceptionally positive impression. It was delivered according to a high professional standard: each section was carefully written and the information was clearly, logically and detailed presented. Recently we viewed a house that this real estate agent had for sale in Winschoten. In the photos it could be seen that there had been leakage from the upper floor. However, nothing was mentioned about this in the text except that the bathroom needed renovation or a different use. Upon viewing, it turned out that the bathroom had leakage and could no longer be used. We were greeted by a friendly young man who showed us around. However, for almost every question we asked, such as; why do these people want to move? We got the answer: I don't know. And that answer was given for almost every question. You couldn't get any information. During our viewing, Mr Hittjo was sitting at the dining table on a chair on his mobile phone. He barely looked up from it. He did not introduce himself or anything and continued with his mobile phone. Outside, it was noticed that the exterior stones of the bay windows were different and it looked as if the bay windows had been added later. So we asked the young man that question and got the answer: I don't know. We then asked Mr Hittjo the same question, but he answered: they found it beautiful for sure. And Mr Hittjo shrugged his shoulders. We could live with that answer. Also, considering the poor condition of the house, we found the asking price really too high. All in all, a pity.

When we bought our current home some years ago, we engaged a structural engineer for a technical inspection. What a great guy he was. I've always maintained that you have to come from a good house to surpass such an expert man. Someone you don’t just find easily. But yes indeed.....he has been found, and it is Hittjo de Wal of Woonstee Makelaars! On the website he is described as a down-to-earth Groninger with a realistic view of things, and I can only agree. Last Friday, August 30, 2024, I had an appointment with him for a technical inspection in connection with the purchase of a property. It can be stated without further ado that Hittjo is structurally very knowledgeable and misses nothing. At least....that’s my conclusion, and after completing the very thorough inspection, I was convinced that almost every square centimeter of the house has been examined. Special way of working by these friendly brokers. We went to view a property and decided to make an offer. The broker indicated that the sale would be via registration. This means there is a deadline and that you must submit an offer with conditions by a certain time. In our case, yesterday at 12:00 PM. Very difficult for potential buyers, because it often means you get outbid. The 'game' of negotiating has been ruined. We had placed a very good bid because we really wanted the property. So high that we were asked by the broker if we needed a mortgage for that entire amount. (apparently it wasn't worth it). Luckily, that wasn’t the case and we could supplement from our own funds. Subsequently, we heard from the broker that they would make an exception to the deadline for someone else, so that person could view the property again later with a purchasing broker. This felt very unpleasant because our offer was known to the broker. A little chat could take place and thus play two potential buyers against each other. We then adjusted our conditions and stipulated that our bid would be valid until yesterday at 5:00 PM. The sellers were, according to the broker, unreachable. Yesterday afternoon we received a message that they were indeed reachable and that they did not want to be pressured into agreeing to an offer by 5:00 PM. Very special because it was a very good bid. According to the broker, the sellers no longer wanted to proceed with us. Last night we saw on funda that the property is under offer. Do you still understand this? The game in today's housing market seems very shady or is it the way of working for this broker? 🤷‍♂️🤔
