The real estate agent strongly preferred a 'bidding from price' and, in our opinion, also set it quite high. This was also evident from the meager interest (one viewing requested). The property was ultimately sold for less than the 'bidding from price', but we as sellers thought that was fine, since things could be done quickly (which was our preference as sellers). The buyers are genuinely very happy with it, and we as sellers think that's nice too!

Disappointing on many levels unfortunately. The asking price was estimated far too high, causing many potential buyers to drop out from the start. Ultimately, my mother's house was sold almost 40,000 euros below the asking price, which happens very rarely nowadays. The text for Funda was full of spelling mistakes that I had corrected, there were errors in the preliminary purchase agreement, and my deceased father's will appeared to be temporarily lost with the real estate agent. All in all, I would have expected less amateurism from these real estate agents.....
