Subsequently, I contacted Hendrik-Jan Rinkel and together with my father, I was warmly welcomed at the office. Hendrik-Jan helped me to get more information and an idea of the current housing market. Very bad experience! I was a tenant in Leiderdorp... They don't respond, you have to apply for and follow up on your deposit yourself with the owner!!!

Terrible company! They never call back and are unreachable. They don't keep appointments. Be careful when paying a deposit because you won't get it back!!! bizarre. We are a year further and still no settlement of the deposit. Apparently, this happens regularly.

Success realtor acted as an intermediary between landlord and tenant. They quickly brushed off the problems under the guise that they can't do anything about it. Poor communication, they don't call back. We stood outside twice due to a defective lock which was 'brand new'. We had to pay the bills ourselves while we only lived there for 2 weeks, because we hadn't followed the protocol (which is nowhere to be found). Defects were not resolved in a year and a half after much calling and emailing. In short, we are glad that we left. Don't rent from Success Realtors!

Towards the end of last year, we were asked to email houses for sale that fit within our budget. For a few months, this went well, but then nothing more happened. When we inquired as to why, we were told that we were no longer in the system and had to re-register. Options occasionally came through, but also houses that didn't match our wishes at all. A few weeks ago, we visited in person. We weren't in the system again and needed to be re-entered. When it was suggested that perhaps this shouldn't happen anymore, we were immediately unsubscribed. We sent an email about this, with the response that the incident would be discussed internally. Never heard anything more after that. This realtor absolutely does not want to focus on customer retention. Fortunately, there are other realtors in Leusden.

As a financial planner, I regularly have clients who can't find a house in these hectic times in the housing market. Recently, Succes Makelaars was able to make someone happy again. I think thanks to their good knowledge of the market in Leusden and Amersfoort.

I closed my mortgage here back then and used them as my buyer's agent. I know one thing for sure, the quality they deliver is a 10+.

Negative experience with them. Visited Succesmakelaar to make an offer and was treated in a very strange/embarrassing way. We were not taken seriously when we wanted to make an offer. It would have been better to come back later and buy a fixer-upper house. A humiliating experience. Later viewed the house a 2nd time with the realtor, that went fine. The house wasn't it. We were supposed to be kept informed about new houses, never heard anything again.
