I really find it scandalous how they treat the customer. On Friday, we thought we had a deal around for a house in Zeewolde, the sellers agreed to our offer eventually, after we had been negotiating for almost 2 weeks and because they received a higher bid, we can now forget about the house! ! Plans were already being made! The real estate agent should have said sorry but the deal is already done. No good word about this way of doing business.

If a second party makes an offer on a property, we are obliged to inform our seller about this. Ultimately, the seller determines which choice he makes.
