Huur a.u.b. geen woning bij Van Der Linden. De verhuurafdeling van deze makelaar is alleen op de woensdag bereikbaar. Buiten deze dagen om krijg je een iets wat chagrijnige telefoniste aan het woord die daar geen boodschap aan hebt. Voor een woning van 18 m2 betaal ik al een acherlijk dure huurprijs en dan verwacht je op z’n minst dat er iemand bereikbaar is voor verhuur vragen en/of problemen. Update op 20 april 2026: WAANZINNIG! Er werd 653 euro van mijn borg van 1480 euro afgetrokken voor een simpele schoonmaakbeurt. Ze zijn zo hebzuchtig geworden en hebben een duur schoonmaakbedrijf ingeschakeld. Hun eindinspectierapport wordt door henzelf overruled, omdat er volgens hen meer schoonmaak nodig was. Dit is niet acceptabel volgens de wet. Het eindrapport werd namelijk opgesteld toen we beiden fysiek aanwezig waren. Ik heb de zaak geëscaleerd. De vastgoedmarkt wordt de laatste tijd steeds slechter. Ik haat dit bedrijf. Ik voel me schuldig dat ik al zoveel collega's naar hen heb doorverwezen. Wees niet zo hebzuchtig, Vanderlinden's! Ik heb in een van hun huurappartementen in Utrecht gewoond, De Kroon. Ze zijn zo anders tijdens de huurperiode dan wanneer je eruit bent. Slechte administratie, slechte service, slappe excuses, geen reactie op e-mails, je mag niet met het verantwoordelijke team spreken, ze zeggen alleen dat ze een e-mail zullen sturen en dat is alles. In mijn geval konden ze tijdens de eindinspectie geen onderhoudsproblemen vinden, alleen een klein beetje kalkaanslag op de badkamertegels. Ze wilden dit laten reinigen door een schoonmaakbedrijf, maar zelfs na 6 weken is het nog steeds niet gelukt. De reden was dat er geen huurder was die hen toestemming kon geven om schoon te maken, wat niet mijn probleem is. Ze hebben alle vier de sleutels in hun bezit en zouden dus moeten weten hoe ze een schoonmaakafspraak moeten maken. Het einde van het jaar nadert, en nu zeggen ze dat het pas volgend jaar kan worden verwacht, wat in totaal 8 weken duurt. Dat is onacceptabel, ronduit belachelijk. Ze negeren hun eigen termijn van 4-6 weken voor de terugbetaling van de borg. Het lijkt erop dat de huurder hier niets mee te maken heeft. Ik heb al veel mensen naar dit makelaarskantoor doorverwezen, maar ik ben niet tevreden over hun huidige gedrag. Update na een maand - 28 januari: Er is geen vooruitgang geboekt. Hetzelfde verhaal: ze proberen de factuur van het schoonmaakbedrijf te krijgen. Wat een slap excuus, slechte service. Elk bedrijf wil betaald krijgen voor het geleverde werk, maar dit schoonmaakbedrijf heeft al zo lang na de voltooiing van de klus geen factuur ingediend. Dit is hun excuus, wat onacceptabel is. Ik raak zo gefrustreerd en gestrest door dit verhuurbedrijf. Ik wil mijn borg zo snel mogelijk terug, ik heb niets meer met jullie te bespreken! Update van 3 februari 2025: ze hebben 756 euro terugbetaald van de 1480 euro borg, wat pure oplichting is. Bijgevoegd is een foto van de enige opmerking die ze in het eindinspectierapport hebben gemaakt. Hoe kunnen ze 750 euro van de borg aftrekken voor het schoonmaken van de vloer en de ramen? Volgens de wet is er geen clausule die dit soort dingen toestaat. Blijf ver weg van dit bureau. Ze denken dat we alles maar accepteren en hebben zelfs geen enkele andere huurder die ik ken iets terugbetaald. Ik ga hier zeker een klacht over indienen!
