Van Brussel takes the time during the intake conversation to take you through the process and explain each step (including any potential costs). This makes it clear right away where you stand. Subsequently, they take care of the concerns at each step (where possible) and proactively communicate via WhatsApp or email (whichever you prefer). This way, you are constantly kept informed of developments, without having to actively engage with it yourself. I know from experience that you do everything to make it go well. But still some points of attention. My ex was a co-seller of the house but at first I wasn't involved in anything, and then she suddenly says, 'Oh, are you also the co-seller?' Strange. There was little communication unfortunately. First of all, there were so many other people invited for the viewing, but secondly, the apartment was not very clean, it smelled strange and was absolutely not attractive enough for us to invest our money in it. We had such high expectations based on the photos, because we really wanted to stay in Alphen. But the apartment did not meet our expectations at all based on the photos. Van Brussel was our purchase and sales broker. A lot comes at you when buying and/or selling a house. For us, it was 42 years ago and went completely differently then. Just the digital hassle is quite tricky. We sometimes got stuck but were fantastically helped with everything. You could always call them and through a group app, contact was even easier.
