After viewing a property we had made an offer. We were called by Anita to inform us that we had been successful and that we could sign on Saturday, and whether we wanted to get everything started as soon as possible. Anita hides behind the fact that it had not yet been signed. You have been warned! Absolutely do not get involved with them, and trust none of the words they say!
