Het contact met de makelaar verliep heel goed, van de eerste kennismaking tot en met de overdracht. De lijntjes waren kort, de verschillende medewerkers waren van elkaars acties op de hoogte, de informatievoorziening naar ons toe was accuraat.

Sinds Januari 2018 heeft Immobilia tot volle tevredenheid onze belangen als verhuurder behartigd, als het niet goed ging met de huurder, wanbetaling en wangedrag, wisten de medewerkers van Immobilia door hun ervaring en professionaliteit snel een adequate oplossing te bereiken. Toen we door de veranderende fiscaliteit besloten te verkopen heeft Immobilia het appartement uitstekend in de markt gezet en snel een goed resultaat gerealiseerd. Ook de koopster is tevreden over de aanpak van Immobilia , hun inzet en klantgerichtheid.

Na de goede ervaring van mijn zusje bij Immobilia, stapte ik in juni 2025 voor het eerst hun kantoor binnen. Hoewel eigenaresse Stefanie er op dat moment zelf niet was, werd ik zo warm ontvangen dat ik me direct op mijn gemak voelde. Mijn wensen werden genoteerd en ik kreeg meteen een heldere uitleg. Toen ik Stefanie later zelf sprak, was er meteen die klik: ze is oprecht, eerlijk en ontzettend doortastend. In deze huidige huizenmarkt had ik nooit durven dromen dat het zo snel zou gaan. Met de hulp van Immobilia vond ik binnen twee weken een huis en na slechts vier bezichtigingen werd mijn eerste bod direct geaccepteerd. Dat was me alleen nooit gelukt; hun advies over het bod was echt doorslaggevend. Wat ik vooral fijn vond, was de bereikbaarheid. Via de appgroep kon ik alles vragen en ik kreeg altijd bijna direct antwoord. Zelfs toen de overdracht opeens heel snel moest en ik nog een notaris zocht, dachten ze mee en regelden ze iemand die op die korte termijn kon passeren. De mensen bij Immobilia zijn niet alleen professioneel, maar ook echt persoonlijk betrokken. Ze zijn open en eerlijk over wat je kunt verwachten en ze staan er op de momenten dat het er echt om spant. Ik ben ontzettend dankbaar voor mijn nieuwe huis en geniet er nog elke dag van.

Experience with Immobilia and Domica Investments: What unprofessional and unreliable organizations these are! My experience with Immobilia and Domica Investments has been extremely negative, and I feel compelled to warn others about their unethical and illegal practices. 1. Unjustified accusations and collection practices Immobilia and Domica Investments unjustly claimed that I had not paid the rent for September 2025, despite having proof of payment. Instead of admitting their mistake, they blocked me on WhatsApp and refused to communicate further. This is highly unprofessional and demonstrates poor customer service. We have made the payment again, but if it turns out that this was already paid, we will report fraud and theft to the police. Additionally, we will immediately demand a fine of €181 (analogous to shoplifting) and hand over the claim directly to an enforcement officer. 2. Serious violations of GDPR Immobilia has committed serious violations of GDPR, including: Unnecessary and disproportionate data collection (Article 5(1)(c) GDPR). Lack of legal basis for sharing my personal information with Domica Investments (Article 6 GDPR). Violation of the purpose limitation principle (Article 5(1)(b) GDPR). Lack of transparency regarding the sharing of data with third parties (Article 13 GDPR). We have filed a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) and will initiate legal proceedings against both Immobilia and Domica Investments. In this process, we will demand compensation of €1,000 per defendant in accordance with Article 82 GDPR. 3. Overpaid rent and outstanding statutory interest From February 2024 to January 2025, Domica Investments collected more than €600 per month in excess rent. Although they have returned this amount in installments, the statutory interest (€200) and collection costs (€915.95) remain outstanding. Despite our leniency, they refuse to pay these amounts. If they do not pay within 5 days, we will engage an enforcement officer and charge them all additional legal costs. 4. Childish and unprofessional behavior The conduct of Immobilia and Domica Investments is childish and unprofessional. Instead of admitting their mistakes and finding a solution, they block communication channels and attempt to unjustly collect money. This is unacceptable for a professional organization. 5. Legal steps and fraud report We have already taken legal action and will file a fraud report if it turns out that the payment was already made. Additionally, we will report Domica Investments to the municipality of Rotterdam for illegal rental practices. My advice to everyone: do not conduct business with Immobilia and Domica Investments! They act illegally, unprofessionally, and unethically. We will use all legal means to defend our rights and hold them accountable for their actions.

Immobilia: a warning for future tenants A year ago, we searched for a rental apartment through Immobilia. Everything seemed perfect during the viewing, but reality turned out to be very different. Even before we were sure if we would get the apartment, they already demanded all sorts of personal information—no privacy protection whatsoever. When I inquired about this, I was met with rude and unfriendly behavior from an employee. Ultimately, we did receive the apartment, but due to the bad experiences and negative stories from the neighborhood—which never came up during the viewing—we still decided not to go through with Immobilia. My advice: be warned, and do not deal with this real estate agent!
