Get an appraisal done. A very realistic, fair appraisal. Very satisfied with it. That should be enough for 5 stars on its own. But when I indicated what we needed the appraisal for, I also received a lot of non-binding advice, something that the real estate agent 'gets nothing out of' whether I do it his way or not. He really did that to think along with us. The passion for the profession/entrepreneurship shone through. Really a very nice man who takes an extra step, even though he gets nothing out of it himself. If I ever need a real estate agent again, I know where to go!
