Contact, verwachtingen, geschatte prijs, vertragingen op vragen of helemaal geen antwoorden, het was allemaal negatief in mijn ervaring. ,

We hebben prettig samengewerkt met deze makelaar en mogen concluderen dat onze belangen goed zijn behartigd. Aan de onderhandelingstafel heeft hij zijn werk gedaan: we hebben een eerlijke prijs behaald en voelden ons goed vertegenwoordigd. Toch zijn er verbeterpunten. Communicatie verliep niet optimaal en was soms reactief in plaats van proactief. Daarnaast was er sprake van meerdere slordigheidsfoutjes. Er klopten o.a. enkele details in de documentatie niet, wat extra correctie…

Het contact verliep heel goed, bij vragen kon ik altijd bellen. De presentatie van het huis was heel mooi, leuke reacties op gehad zoals, zo dat zag er strak uit/ je bent je huis zo kwijt/ wat een mooie foto's en filmpje.

Fijne samenwerking met dit makelaarskantoor. Ze namen echt de tijd om onze wensen te begrijpen en gaven eerlijk en deskundig advies. De begeleiding tijdens het hele proces voelde vertrouwd en professioneel. Wij zouden dit kantoor zeker opnieuw inschakelen.

Heel leuk contact met Mark de makelaar en zijn team Fleur en Xander . Van begin tot eind een professionele ,goede service en samenwerking. Ze hebben super goed naar ons geluisterd en met ons mee gedacht. We zijn blij dat we ons huis via het kantoor van van Herk Lansingerland succesvol verkocht hebben. Ook van de kopers hebben we goede feedback gekregen, zij hebben dit contact ook als zeer fijn ervaren. Dus wat ons betreft een dikke 10.

We hebben het huis van mijn ouders verkocht via van Herk. Het is zonder enig overleg over de prijs de verkoop ingegaan. Ik heb vooraf gebeld om hier gezamenlijk over te overleggen en een afspraak in te plannen. Makelaar toonde begrip en beloofde om hierover terug te bellen. Ik ben medeverkoper en het is logisch dat er over de verkoopprijs gesproken moet worden. Tot mijn verbazing kreeg ik later bericht dat de campagne van start gegaan was. Zonder akkoord van mij, zonder overleg. Ik had de OTD nog niet eens getekend (was schijnbaar niet modig) maar alles is buiten mij om gewoon geregeld. Ik heb hier meteen een mail over gestuurd dat dit echt niet kan, geen antwoord terug. Makelaar gebeld maar die praatte er omheen en deed net of het de normaalste zaak van de wereld was. Verder heel weinig contact, bijna nul. We hebben afgelopen jaar een woning verkocht(via DB) en gekocht (via Ooms) en hier hele andere, en zeer goede ervaringen mee. Wat hier bij van Herk gebeurt is onbegrijpelijk.

Eigenlijk ging alles goed vanaf het eerste gesprek tot aan de foto`s en daarna de bezichtigingen, wij zijn totaal ontzorgt en constant goed op de hoogte gehouden van de ontwikkeling kortom top.

Unfortunately more than expected, had a nice appointment at our home, indicated wanting to proceed further as a purchase agent, called multiple times and contact sought, among others via email but we hear absolutely nothing more from this agent.
