Had a very bad experience with this lady. When we called to ask if we could view a property or whether it was already full, we were told that she didn't have time to call and that we should email. She was very unfriendly on the phone and said she had 25 calls to handle. This is completely irrelevant to us as customers. We simply wanted to call first to see if it was already full or not. After emailing, we received a message stating that it was already full.
